The project was a two-stage re-development. As part of Stage 1, we developed a masterplan which looked at the overall club, including external works & car parking. The Stage 1 construction component was the external façade treatments & a lobby area. First-floor function rooms, bar & amenities were also in Stage 1.

Stage 2 included new reception, retail shop, offices, lounge & dining area, function area, new toilet facilities, and covered external dining and lounge areas. The gaming lounge was also removed and refurbished into a private member lounge.
