The original design was undertaken when Shane Denman was an associate at D.P.A. on the Gold Coast. Since Shane Denman Architects was established we have designed ongoing alterations and additions including new kitchens and restaurant refurbishment, porte-cochere and entry airlock, relocation of production areas, tank farm additions, wedding structures, redesigns of the cellar door area and ongoing works.
